1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt

1️⃣ Make the Batter

1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, salt, melted butter, and sugar until smooth. 🥣
💡 For extra smoothness, blend the batter in a blender!
2️⃣ Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes (optional, but makes them softer). ⏳


2️⃣ Cook the Crepes

3️⃣ Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter. 🧈🔥
4️⃣ Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and swirl it around to create a thin layer. 🔄
5️⃣ Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift slightly, then flip. Cook for another 30-60 seconds.
